After the visit transfer to Balatonfüred and having lunch in a local restaurant there.

Balatonfüred: Balatonfüred is a historic town with an exciting present. Is famous for many other things: renowned writers, poets, and actresses came here for the Anne-ball, and if it wasn’t for its great heart hospital, the Nobel laureate Hindu poet, Rabindranáth Tagore might not have written his most beautiful late poems, and then the promenade wouldn’t be named after him either.

Transfer to Tihany and have a guided visit in the Benedictine Abbey of Tihany.

Tihany: It feels like there are parallel Tihanys existing at once. You have the traditional one, with the echo and the farm houses, with the abbey and its two towers that can be recognized from everywhere in Balaton, and all the tourists that come with this. Between the lavender pillows and the folk cheesiness, Tihany is filled with quite great places.

At the end of the program transfer back to Budapest.
