The quoted rates are in EUR per person including taxes, unless otherwise specified. Please note, that on special dates e.g. Formula I Grand Prix, New Year, different conditions and rates may apply. We reserve the right to make changes in prices without prior notice.
Orders have to be placed in written form, by e-mail or letter. Orders by telephone must be confirmed in writing. Orders should contain the following data:
Orders are confirmed with price quotation at the shortest possible time, not latest than 48 hours.
In case of FIT guests – cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival entails no penalty. In case of cancellation within 48 hours room rate of 1 night has to be paid.
In case of groups, partial or full cancellation 45 days prior to arrival entails no penalty, unless otherwise specified in the final order confirmation. In case of cancellation within 45 days before the planned arrival, penalty will be charged.
The amount of penalty may not exceed the value of the services ordered. Commissions are not paid over penalty amounts.
Unless otherwise specified in the final order confirmation in case of full cancellation, the penalty would be:
Rooming list should be sent to OTP Travel till the indicated deadline as specified in the final order confirmation.
Meals and other services:
Unless otherwise specified in the final order confirmation for cancellation within 7 days 100% of the service value may be charged as a penalty.
The statutory limit for penalty, cancellation fee and liability claims is one year from the date due on the part of both parties.
Changes in group size:
OTP Travel accepts 10% reduction in group size without penalty. In case if the group size is less than 15 persons, they are regarded individual travelers (FIT), unless otherwise agreed.
The payment for ordered services must be effected by bank-transfer, by bank-cheque or credit card. All services reserved with or through OTP Travel must be settled in the currency of the confirmation of OTP Travel. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to be settled 45 days before arrival, and the total amount must be credited on our account by the arrival of the guests, unless otherwise agreed and specified in the final order confirmation.
