DAY 1
Arrival at Budapest. Transfer to the hotel. Take your seat in the comfortable chairs of Piaggio Calessino Ape Vespacars and let the adventure started. Stop by Europe’s most beautiful marketplace, the Great Market Hall, marvel at the rich selection of fruits, vegetables, sausages, hams, fish, dairy and bakery products in the oldest and largest indoor market hall of Hungary and taste our traditional street food, lángos and local delicacies such as savoury red-pepper ewe-cheese, wintersalami, spicy buffalo salami, smoked grey beef ham, mangalitza sausage, paired with traditional Hungarian pickles. At the end of the tour visit the Zwack Unicum Museum, dedicated to the world-famous Hungarian bitter liqueur made of 40 herbs according to the best kept secret family recipe and tase four types of Unicum straight from the oak barrels. Crown the day with candlelit Danube river cruise on the stylish wooden deck of a beautifully renovated oldtimer yacht in the company of a Michelin-star experienced chef serving mouth-watering gourmet dinner. DAY 2

The Hungarian language is widely regarded as being too difficult for a foreigner to even attempt to understand – but with our lighthearted ’Fungarian’ class, you receive an easy introduction to our playfully poetic language, focusing on gastro vocabulary. Learn the secrets of the most well-known Hungarian dish, goulash, and prepare it together in a cauldron during an open-air masterclass at a hip yard of a very Hungarian ruin pub. Take the list of ingredients and head to the city center of Budapest to use your brand-new Hungarian language skills and buy essential things to your traditional goulash. After the active participation of preparation, chopping, stirring, and seasoning you will love to taste your soup. The Goulash Gastro Party is crowned by ’Pálinka’ tasting and folk dance.
